Chat & Email Support Specialist with English - Day Shift

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to be part of our young and energetic Day Shift team and be the next agent warrior in our continuous improvement of the workforce.

In this role you will:

  • Вe the first point of contact for our clients

  • Offer the best customer service via email and live chat

  • Take ownership of issues and proactively solve them

  • Help our customers with a wide range of queries

This role is right for you if you:

  • Have excellent communication skills in English - both verbally and written

  • Have previous customer service experience

  • Are a positive, friendly person with an eagerness to learn and develop

  • Are a result-oriented person

  • Have forward-thinking skills

  • Have good computer literacy and fast typing skills
