Currently, we are looking for a Payments Specialist to be part of our young and energetic - Day Shift team and be the next payments warrior in our continuous improvement of the workforce ;)
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring seamless gameplay experiences for our players by monitoring transactions with precision and adhering to established procedures;
Vigilantly detecting and escalating any suspicious or fraudulent activity, safeguarding the integrity of our platform;
Expertly managing diverse payment methods and systems to guarantee smooth transaction processing;
Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to swiftly resolve any transaction-related issues;
Partnering with VIP/CRM departments;
Providing exceptional support to our Customer Support team, assisting with transaction and account inquiries promptly;
Conducting thorough KYC verifications to onboard new customers seamlessly, in compliance with regulatory guidelines and licensing requirements;
In addition to these core responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Contribute valuable insights towards enhancing our services in alignment with our strategic objectives;
Play a key role in implementing new payment and monitoring processes to support our expanding service initiatives and geographical reach;
Tackle varied tasks as needed to support ongoing activities and fulfill operator requests effectively;
This role is right for you if you have:
Experience in payment processing, risk management, or a related field within the gaming or financial industry;
Strong understanding of payment methods, systems, and industry regulations;
Knowledge and practical experience with MS Office/Google Suite;
Exceptional analytical abilities with a keen eye for detail;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
High level of integrity and ethical standards, with a commitment to maintaining the security and confidentiality of sensitive information;
